What if somebody says "I want to weigh my ideal weight of 68 kilos" but at the unconsious level they have blocks like "I have big bones so I'll never be thin", or "My whole family is overweight so who am I to think I can be different!"

"I want a caring and considerate partner" but at the unconsious level you are saying to yourself "But I always get hurt" or "I always get ripped off"Once again you have 5% going after what you want and 95% going in any direction as long as it is away.  Does this sound familiar?
